Dilip Buildcon Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) for the development of a petroleum and petroleum product (LPG) pipeline from Paradip, Odisha to Raipur, Chattisgarh. The project, to be implemented through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in which Dilip Buildcon will hold 100% equity, involves constructing and operating the pipeline for 25 years following a 3-year construction period. The project includes an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) opportunity valued at approximately Rs 1800.00 crore (excluding GST) to be executed over 36 months, and will facilitate LPG transportation, replacing existing road-based tanker transport. Dilip Buildcon will not be involved in LPG procurement, trading, distribution, or sale, and the project will generate revenue through pipeline transportation tariffs.
